VELARE — Prompt Generator

How to use (read once)
  1. Pick the client (or fill in a new one).
  2. Choose what you need: Video or Static, the platform, and how many prompts you want.
  3. Brief is optional: if the client asked for something specific, write it there. If you leave it empty, Claude invents strong ad concepts by itself.
  4. Click Generate with Claude. You get complete, ready-to-paste prompts in the Velare house format.
  5. Copy ONE prompt block at a time into Omni Flash (video, the Videos space in Gemini) or Flow / Gemini Nano Banana 2 PRO (static). Set the ratio shown in the SETUP inside the app, tick max quality. Faces + hands: expect 1-2 tries. For image-to-video, paste the reference image into Omni Flash (Cmd+V).
  6. Download the .txt and save it in the client's prompts/ folder.
Golden rules: NEVER any text or logo baked in the image (Velare adds branding afterwards), always leave clean air on one side, one single action per shot.

3Brief (optional)

Add a sketch, product photo or visual the prompts must follow — Claude studies them and anchors the prompts to them. Max 4 images.
Manual mode (optional) — describe one exact scene yourself, no AI
If the gaze targets a PERSON, set people accordingly above, otherwise it contradicts the cast.

Pick a client on the left, choose what you need, then click "Generate with Claude". You will get one tab per prompt. On each tab: press the green COPY button, paste in Omni Flash (video) or Flow / Nano Banana 2 PRO (static). That's it.

How to use — Velare PromptGen

You don't have to use the tabs in a strict order. This is the normal flow. Skip any step you don't need.

  1. 🧠 Client memory — set it once, keep it updated. Pick the client and write what they always want: only aluminium ramps no railing, real city not countryside, mixed people, which logo, which font. Add reference images. Claude reads this every time it works for that client.
  2. ⚡ Generator. Pick the client, choose Video or Static, pick the calendar post (or write your own brief), click Generate. Copy ONE prompt at a time into Google Flow / Omni Flash. Rule: the raw AI image must have NO text and NO logo, Velare adds those after.
  3. 🔧 Fix a prompt — only if the result is bad. Paste the prompt that failed, say what went wrong and drop a screenshot of the problem. Claude rewrites it. If the image is good, skip this.
  4. 🎨 Finish static. Once you have the raw image from Flow, drop it here and pick the post. Claude writes the copy and adds the logo and text. Not right? Type the change or paste a screenshot, then Apply changes.
  5. ⬆ Upload videos. Drop the finished video clips; they are filed into the client's Drive folder automatically.
  6. ⟳ Update clients. If a client or a calendar was just added on Google Drive, click this to refresh the list.

Signs while it works: ⏳ means it is still running, wait for it. A green ✅ means it is done.
